Ghazlaan Recruitment is a Saudi office specialized in recruiting domestic workers, licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. It serves citizens and residents through trained workers and a partner network in labor-exporting countries, in line with Musaned regulations. The office supports clients throughout the contract, helps resolve issues, and provides a replacement when needed, with a focus on clear process and easy communication.
Project details
A single platform for Ghazlaan that combines a public website with an internal system for daily recruitment work. The site presents services, the client journey, and source countries, with a blog, FAQ, and contact forms in Arabic and English. The system automates work that used to be manual: customers, workers, and contracts, plus partner files from CVs, visas, and travel tickets through to settlements, with role-based access, reports, and PDF/Excel export for staff and partners.
